Barbara Ann (Bryant) Wisser was the Daughter of Claudia Florene Bryant and Hosea Major Bonner.
Barbara Wisser passed away Wednesday morning November 28, 2012 at the age of 75. She was in her home with family at her side.
Barbara was born to Florene Bryant in the little town of Pilot Point, Texas on May 2, 1937. She spent most of her growing years in Madill, Oklahoma. In 7th grade Barbara moved to Ontario, California. It was there that she made friends that she would keep for the rest of her life. Later she moved to Norco, California and attended Norco High School. . She graduated in 1955 and soon after she married her high school sweetheart Dale Wisser.
Barbara and Dale moved to Ontario about 1956 to raise their family. She has lived in the same neighborhood for the last 55 years. Barbara was a member of Bethel Christian Church for many years and later became a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Ontario. In 1969 she began working for Sunkist and retired in 1997 after 28 years.
Barbara is survived by her daughter Brenda Morris, two sons Steven Wisser, Gary Wisser, his wife Ina, and a sister Donna Collinsworth. She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Barbara will be remembered as a good Christian woman, a caring mother and sister, and a dear friend and neighbor to many.
She was laid to rest in Bellevue Memorial Park in Ontario, California on Thursday December 6, 2012.
